Micah brings a strong foundation in recruiting and client engagement from the healthcare staffing industry to his role as Client Partner for The Steely Group. A recent graduate of DePauw University with a degree in Communications, Micah transitioned quickly from recruitment into a client-facing role and developed a reputation for being both strategic and relationship-driven. At The Steely Group, he is focused on expanding our presence along the East Coast and building meaningful partnerships that deliver long-term value.

Micah was drawn to The Steely Group’s collaborative culture and the opportunity to work alongside a team of seasoned industry professionals. Driven by curiosity and a genuine love for connecting with people, Micah values mentorship, accountability, and the chance to contribute to a high-performing organization with a strong national reputation.

When he’s not helping clients build winning teams, Micah likes to stay active – whether he's working out, playing basketball, or coaching youth teams at an inner-city school in Worcester. A die-hard dog dad to Daisy, a 4-year-old, 70-lb. pit bull terrier mix, Micah is rooted in Massachusetts but globally connected – he has family in Dubai and Northern India and a passport ready for adventure.

Closer to home, he enjoys beach life in the summer, especially the Jersey Shore; hunting for vintage sportswear and old-school Chicago Bulls gear at neighborhood thrift stores, and exploring all that Boston has to offer. A self-declared dessert enthusiast, Micah says some of the best strawberry cheesecake and whoopie pies can be found at Mike’s Pastry, a small Italian bakery in the North End. Buonissima!
