Chris follows the biotech industry closely, keeping up with scientific advances, market activity, and emerging companies so he can have informed conversations with clients and candidates alike.

"I like learning what our clients are working on,” he said. “Every company has different science, different technology, and different hiring challenges. Understanding those differences is what makes the work interesting and helping clients build the right team is the rewarding part."

Chris is also committed to supporting the broader life sciences community. He regularly participates in industry panels, networking events, and career discussions, sharing practical advice with professionals at every stage of their careers and building connections across the biotech ecosystem.

Outside of work, Chris is most passionate about his family. He credits his father with having a lasting influence on his life, instilling a love of sales and encouraging him to start the DJ business he built as a teenager. Today, as a husband and father of four, he enjoys supporting his children's interests and learning alongside them as they discover what they're passionate about.

A self-described "documentary nerd," Chris is especially drawn to music documentaries and is quick to recommend the HBO documentary on Earth, Wind & Fire directed by musician and filmmaker Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson. Other interests include growing his vinyl record collection, listening to NPR, and cheering on Boston’s sports teams – especially the Red Sox.
