Client Partner

Brandon brings a sharp analytical mindset and a fresh perspective rooted in Management Information Systems to his role as Client Partner at The Steely Group. Based on the East Coast, Brandon uses his expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and IT solutions to help life sciences organizations across Greater Boston build agile, high-performing teams.

With family ties to biotech, Brandon is passionate about the industry’s meaningful impact and innovative spirit. A recent graduate from UMass Dartmouth (go Corsairs!), he values connecting with people beyond the surface – really understanding their needs to help them find the right fit.

Before joining The Steely Group, Brandon developed strong leadership and customer service skills, managing operations at his university’s fitness center and volunteering on community-driven IT support initiatives. His enthusiasm for using technology to boost organizational performance, combined with his dedication to client success, positions him as a trusted partner for both candidates and hiring managers navigating today’s evolving talent landscape.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and friends, including his spirited American Staffordshire Terrier,  Bugsy. Committed to giving back, Brandon has supported data initiatives for the YMCA’s Full Plate Project in Greater Boston, volunteers with ministries like My Brother’s Keeper, and is an active member of his college Newman Catholic community, where he hosts fellowship events and retreats focused on service and spiritual growth.

Brandon’s favorite hobbies include hiking, working out, swimming, and chasing that perfect golf game – he once broke 100 and came incredibly close to a hole in one, hitting the flag on a short par 3. Brandon also loves to travel and hopes to one day visit bucket-list destinations such as Greece, Italy, and Vatican City.
